Q2

Batch Messaging

Efficiently handling messages across various styles is simplified through batch messaging. This approach minimizes the risk of miscommunication when dealing with a large number of styles, offering features like sending batch messages, responding to them collectively, and sending one notification email per user informed.

Our project aims to expedite processes and reduce the risk of miscommunication.

In addressing these goals, we facilitate sending identical messages to multiple styles for your supplier. You can effortlessly select desired styles using your preferred filter or the temp filter. When a style is part of a batch message, you can choose to reply on a style level or to the entire batch message. These options are mirrored for your supplier.

The project positively impacts your daily workflow by enhancing transparency. All styles involved will share the same information, minimizing repetition and reducing the likelihood of errors.

Item custom report export - structure, weight, composition

Our users urgently need a more flexible approach to extract data from the item custom report. The current format falls short, particularly in extracting data for each style an item is used in, requiring more detailed information than the current export option provides. The demand for item-level data extraction arises from anticipating future EU legislation and the immediate reporting needs of key account customers.

The primary goal is to empower users with enhanced data extraction capabilities for comprehensive reporting on all parameters from their item lists and thereby all components of a style. This addresses their key accounts' demands, waste calculation needs, and general reporting requirements. Furthermore, the project aims to provide users with the ability to extract certification information from the compliance, ensuring they can report on component certifications effectively including details such as active/inactive and expiration dates.

This feature will help visualize and verify data such as item composition, weight, and size on the platform before extraction, ensuring that all relevant and accurate information is included. Efficiently extracting all necessary information on items streamlines the reporting process, reducing the manual workload. Enabling the calculation and utilization of information for various reporting purposes, such as weight usage and the percentage of recycled content in a collection. Simplifying the extraction of reports to obtain a comprehensive overview of all certifications on items, along with their current status.

Dashboard - compliance workflow

Efficiently managing work processes across the Delogue platform is crucial, and the Workflows and Tasks feature plays a pivotal role. This development will include three core components: User-Defined templates for workflows, configured in the admin section to define tasks for specific users or roles (e.g., brand contact, supplier contact); Workflows and Tasks for Different Entities, involving associating workflows and tasks with various entities such as styles, items, and certificates; and Dashboard Task Overview, providing a centralized view of all active tasks.

Workflow templates, set up in the admin section, will allow users to apply predefined tasks to different platform areas, with the option to set deadlines based on workflow rules. Currently, compliance and certificate tasks are not included in the Dashboard task overview.

The project aims to enhance the workflow experience, making pending tasks and next steps easily accessible. This will be achieved through the following changes:

  • Users shall be able to overview all of their tasks in one place.
  • The dashboard task overview must include compliance and certificate tasks.
  • Users shall be able to choose between pre-filtered views.
  • Users should be able to build their own dashboards.

The project's positive impact on daily user tasks includes efficient workflow utilization, a comprehensive overview of all tasks helping users with internal follow-ups and communication with suppliers, and the ability to set deadlines and reminders for daily tasks.

Style number generator

Our primary goal is to update the functionality of the style name and number generator, aligning it with today's requirements and ensuring a more user-friendly and intuitive experience.

To achieve these objectives, key highlights include adjusting settings for manual style number updates, refining the conditions triggering style number generation and display, streamlining the process for updating style name and style number, and ensuring prompt updates whenever a style name or style number is changed.

BOM 1.0 - style custom report and main composition

Our goal is to streamline the process for users working with the main composition of a style. We aim to provide users with a more straightforward approach to data flow and group filtering in reports based on the main item composition. Another key goal is to automatically transfer the composition of the main item to the style's care instructions, reducing the risk of discrepancies between the two. Furthermore, we wish to enable the display of the main item composition in the style header.

Reports 2.0

We aim to ensure complete disclosure and extraction of almost every data point in Delogue for reporting purposes. There's a significant demand from our users to generate comprehensive overviews of their collections and leverage the information within the platform. Our focus is on key functions that assist users in collecting and creating reports with all data points, facilitating disclosure for both EU legislation and larger key accounts.

These key functions include exporting, with the flexibility to choose specific elements for extraction, and enhancing bulk/batch actions, allowing direct editing within the reports. Improved filtering aims to simplify and define the reporting process. Currently, reports are predefined and detached from the places where data points are collected. We propose integrating them into the modules where they are needed daily, making them more flexible and tailored to various reporting requirements and user needs.

The project's primary goal is to streamline reporting and align it with ESG-related matters. Reporting no longer should require manual effort, and should be generated from the data in the platform. We aim to make the follow-up on styles and items smoother in daily operations. Additionally, we seek to enhance flexibility in the setup and provide a clearer overview to facilitate understanding of different reports and their applications.

BOM 2.0

The Bill of Material BOM lies at the heart of the product development process, crucial for designers and suppliers in building and planning styles. Enhancements here promise improved efficiency, reduced cognitive load, and enhanced usability, significantly impacting user satisfaction.

User concerns include the need to group items (using dividers) within the BOM, seek flexibility to hide unnecessary information (personalized view), resize columns, and an overall desire for visually improved overviews in both list and thumbnail views. The functionality of adding items or importing data also needs to be more intuitive and less prone to errors.

The project's goal is to clean up the BOM's overall view and enable customization of shown columns, ensuring easy access to all relevant information and improving importing and adding elements.

The project positively impacts daily user tasks by providing a better overview, simplifying BOM work, reducing manual effort, and making operations more efficient. It aids users in remembering different components for reporting and delivering information to users, alleviating stress and information overload through a more personalized view.

Measurement chart + fractions

The Measurement Chart in Delogue plays a crucial role in product development, and there is a strong desire from many users to update its layout for a larger workspace and enhanced functionality. Fractions, particularly requested by users in the American continent, have been a great wish.

The project's goal is to improve our users' daily work experience, cater to American users, and give the Delogue measurement chart a new and refreshed appearance. Offering customization options for column width within the measurement chart, improving the overall view—especially for larger charts—with the introduction of both vertical and horizontal scrollbars.

Additionally, new functionality allows users to seamlessly switch to an expanded view, displaying only the measurement chart on the screen. Transforming the layout and functionality of Measurement files to facilitate easier viewing during work. Enabling users to effortlessly switch between centimeters and inches, accompanied by a conversion feature for values.

Q3

Supplier module 2.0

In the evolving landscape of product development and disclosure requirements, Supply Chain Management plays a pivotal role. Identifying suppliers and facilities, fostering transparency, and enabling collaborative partners to contribute essential information are critical aspects. However, the fashion industry does not have arbitrary levels for sub-suppliers, and EU legislation and user requirements require the identification of all tiers in a supply chain.

The primary goal is to track products down to the batch facility levels. This involves making it possible for different tiers to provide the necessary information, collect data and documentation, and manage the data through tiers for each brand. Additionally, the goal is to extract data from different tier levels for further work, aligning with EU legislation and key account requirements.

Users gain the ability to add the correct supplier of components in the Bill of Materials BOM for a specific style and batch, and they will be able to allow sub-suppliers to be added, permitting them to contribute relevant information and documentation on any material that they have sourced or produced.

Item sampling

In managing the approval of colors and qualities, brands often encounter challenges, especially when dealing with multiple phases such as development and production. Maintaining a comprehensive overview of the approval process is crucial. Comments on color lab dips and quality cuts/parts/strike-offs need to be appropriately categorized into relevant projects. Additionally, there is a growing need for consistent options in requesting, overview, batch actions, and commenting on item samples, similar to style samples.

The primary goal is to provide users with in-depth functionalities on item sampling, catering to their needs during both the development and production phases, particularly when working with seasons. The aim is to offer brands the ability to add their own sample types, maintain a structured overview of the sampling process for both the brand and the supplier, execute batch actions, meet deadlines, check status in reports, and enhance communication flow.

Some of the key functions are:

  • Implementation of several levels of brand-defined requests.

  • Introduction of batch actions.

  • Support for seamless work with seasons.

  • Improved overall overview of processes, both on items and in report functions.

With a proper data contract in place, based on our new supplier and purchase order framework, users can ensure compliance and efficiency as new technologies become available.

The Public API allows for the management of data sources, making it possible to import data enriched on external platforms back into our system. This simplifies workflows and improves data management, enabling users to maintain a seamless flow of information across platforms. By ensuring data from any stage of the production cycle can be easily accessed and enriched with external data sources, we're facilitating a more integrated and efficient approach to data handling.

Additionally, the Public API simplifies the management of core elements that are currently managed in the admin section of our platform. This makes it easier for users to handle fundamental aspects of their operations, focusing on innovation and compliance without the hassle of navigating complex administrative tasks. This enhancement is part of our ongoing effort to provide sustainable production, data transparency, and operational efficiency through our platform.

Compliance 2.0

Efficient documentation management is imperative for compliance with EU legislation and meeting user reporting needs. Currently, many companies rely on static Excel sheets for supplier certifications, social audit reports, and test reports, resulting in a manual and time-consuming process.

The primary goal is to better integrate the compliance module into daily workflows, facilitating the management of different documentation types and providing a clearer overview. Another goal is to enable data extraction in a format useful for reporting purposes and requests. Certification management on supplier and sub-supplier levels will be made possible, and test management will be improved.

SKU generation by any custom field

We are introducing a new feature that enhances how SKUs and other identifiers are generated on our platform. This update provides flexibility in creating identifiers for various levels of specificity, from broad categories like style or revision to detailed identifiers for batches from sub-suppliers. This capability allows for precise coordination and integration of data across all operational levels.

This ID generation will also remove the limit of defining SKUs by size and color, our feature offers the freedom to define identifiers based on your unique requirements. This flexibility ensures your inventory management and integration processes are more accurate and efficient.

Additionally, this feature integrates seamlessly with the supplier module and our public API, facilitating smoother workflows and better data management. This development is part of our commitment to delivering practical solutions that streamline operations and support our users' success.
